Cindy Maril

Cindy Maril joined The Arlington Memorial Gardens as a member of the Family Care Team in January, 2013 and was appointed Director of the Family Care Team in 2016.  A native of Oklahoma, she and her family lived in Chicago for twelve years prior to relocating to Cincinnati.  She was educated at the University of Central Oklahoma ‘s School of Business and was a small business owner while living in Chicago.

Sue Slusher

Sue Slusher joined The Arlington Memorial Gardens as a Family Care Advisor in 2004. Her professional background is steeped in helping others through her experience in real estate and later as a hearing specialist.  A resident of White Oak, Sue has deep roots in the community and is an active member of several community organizations. She has a vested interest in Arlington, not only as a longtime employee, but also because, as she notes, "Arlington has been the cemetery of choice for my family for a very long time."

Steve Whitaker

Steve Whitaker has been a member of the Family Care Team at The Arlington Memorial Gardens since April of 2016. However, being new to Arlington does not mean that he is new to helping families navigate the nuances of cemetery services, having worked and managed several corporately owned/operated cemeteries in southwest Ohio and elsewhere in in the Mid-West.

Rich Crandell

Rich Crandell joined the Arlington Family Care Team in 2016.   A Cincinnati native, he served for two years in the U.S.  Army and graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Early in his professional career Rich was an account manager for material handling equipment in the industrial and construction markets.  However, the 21st century and parenting came knocking.

Daniel "Sonny" Chrisman

Daniel “Sonny” Chrisman has spent the past 14 years serving families in southwest Ohio by helping them with their cemetery needs. Even as a novice cemetery advisor very early in his career, Sonny knew that he had met his calling in life.  But, in 2016, a new opportunity presented itself.

Vi Daniels

Vi Daniels is a new member of the Arlington Family Care Team, but Arlington is definitely not new to her.  She has spent many hours in Arlington’s beautiful gardens since she was a child, visiting the memorials of her own family.  Vi and her husband, Michael, have a total of 37 family members either interred at Arlington or with plans for interment at Arlington, including their own pre-arrangements from over 15 years ago.

Carol Ramsey

Having worked for several funeral homes and cemeteries in the tri-state area, Carol discovered her passion is working with the elderly and families in their time of loss.
